HealthLingo ("we", "our", "the app") is a health report explainer service available at healthlingoai.com. This is an early demo product — please read this policy carefully before uploading a real lab report.
What data we collect
- Account information: Your name and email address via Google Sign-In.
- Health report data: The blood test results extracted from reports you upload (test names, values, reference ranges). We do not store the original PDF or photo file — only the extracted structured data.
- Payment information: Report-token purchases are processed by Stripe. We store only that a purchase happened and how many tokens it added to your account — full payment details are never stored on our servers.
How we use your data
- To explain your blood test results in English and Spanish.
- To keep track of your free monthly reports and token balance.
- We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use your health data for advertising.
Who can see your data
- Only you can see your own reports.
- Our AI provider (Anthropic) processes your report content to generate explanations. Their privacy policy applies: anthropic.com/privacy.
- Our database is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Your rights
- Access: You can view your report history in the app at any time.
- Delete individual reports: You can delete any report from your history.
- Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This is immediate and irreversible.
Data retention
We store your reports for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted immediately.

Children
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
